Superannuation Compliance & Reporting

If you manage property assets within an SMSF or advise clients who do, it may be necessary to arrange periodic independent valuations from a qualified valuer. We offer comprehensive valuation, taxation, and advisory services for all property types, ensuring compliance with Australian Tax Office guidelines by our qualified valuers.

Tax Depreciations

Investment properties built or renovated after July 18, 1985, are eligible for annual tax depreciation, which can be claimed as an expense against income earned from the property. A registered valuer completes a depreciation schedule detailing the diminishing value of each asset over time. A licensed Quantity Surveyor signs off on the report, allowing your accountant or tax agent to include the ATO-compliant deductions in your tax return. The schedule covers up to 40 years of deductions.
